FAQ 1 - Replacement Parts
We are proud to deliver the highest quality garage door hardware on the market. However, should a part become faulty within your 2 Year Warranty Period, this will be sent to you free of charge.
FAQ 2 - Door Security
Our Made to Measure Roller Garage Doors carry a manufacturer's UKCA and declaration of performance certificate. We also ONLY provide the highest quality control systems fitted with an integrated alarm system, so you can rest assured that your home will become more secure with our doors.
FAQ 3 - Delivery
Delivery Lead Times usually take 14-28 days from factory to your door. This may vary if you require a specialist fitting or have any requirements which we have discussed. However, this time can sometimes be shorter. Throughout the process, we are here to support you and you will receive a tracking confirmation from our suppliers.
Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is directly in line with our suppliers expectations from our DIY customers. As is a standard industry practice, customers have 24 hours from the receipt of delivery to check their door for any imperfections and notify us. Outside of this 24 hour period we cannot be held responsible.
